You might be wondering
Is my data secure?
Everything is stored encrypted on Supabase (AWS Singapore region), in line with PDPO requirements. We don't use your data to train models. You can export or delete it anytime.
Does it really understand Cantonese?
Yes. Voice, text, and mixed English all work. Try "Draw up a quote for ABC Company, design fee twenty-five thousand" and you'll see.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. Helm handles the day-to-day admin (bookkeeping, quotes, payment chasing, drafts); your accountant handles year-end, tax advisory and signing off the audit. Used together, they save you half the time and money.
Where is my data held?
Supabase (AWS Singapore region), with daily automatic backups. All PII is encrypted. You can export to CSV / Excel and leave anytime.
Can I try it?
The Free plan comes with 100 Credits, no credit card needed. If it's not for you, just walk away — we won't charge you.
What's the refund policy?
Cancel anytime in Settings and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle. If you've just paid and it's not right for you, email info@darkmatteros.com within 7 days and we'll arrange a refund manually, case by case.
